I don’t understand why someone decided to scan the engine four hours after I was notified the work.The scanning was unnecessary given the minimal damage which was away from the things that got scanned. The explanation that “ instance paid”doesn’t mitigate my complaint. This kind of bill padding is one of the reasons that insurance costs are going up.
