The repair was delayed because a flaw was found in the repair. Delivery was then promised for Tuesday after the Labor Day holiday; however, no one called on Tuesday to say that it wouldn't be ready on Wednesday. On Wednesday, I had to call twice to determine the status of my car. Better communications could have greatly improved this situation.

Lana did great. She was a great representative for your repair shop, all the way from my initial call about your inquiries, getting the car picked up from another repair shop, to staying in touch until the car was ready for pick up. This was a bit more difficult than some as we were traveling out of state during most of the repair. She did a fine job. The car looks and drives great. It was finished when it was promised. Couldn't ask for more. Well done!

The team was always polite and informative. I received frequent text about the progress of my repairs and when I called the response was always satisfactory. I did find one little ding on my car and reported it, they were ready to repair it on the spot, but I opted to have it done at another time.Thanks

I didn't count on being updated daily on the progress of my repair... But there is NO reason to advertise and sign customers up for text notifications that are completely automated and ENTIRELY innacurate, providing exact dates and times of pick up that nobody updates until a few HOURS before the deadline... If you suspect 4 days, then make I happen in 4 days. If you suspect it will take longer, UPDATE your client!!! There's no excuse to let your system tell me that my repair is on schedule for pick up only a few hours from then, and then update it 3 hours later for an extra 4 DAYS (ended up being 8 days extra). It should only take a day or two to accurately assess a completion time up to a day or two of error. Estimating 4 days and taking 2 WEEKS is ridiculous (especially since no additional damage was found upon inspection). Do your clients a favor and OVER guess your dates instead of UNDER so that we aren't left stranded or planning for less than HALF of the time needed for a rental vehicle... Nobody expects dealerships to get work done fast, so don't deceive them otherwise.
