The service advisor I had this time, Katie was good. She listened and followed up with me BEFORE my car was ready. This allowed me the opportunity to get status updates and include, ask questions etc if I had forgotten anything to address prior to delivery of completion of my car and before I returned the rental. Having the opportunity to address, clarify and communicate prior to your car being finished allows you the opportunity to address all the issues within on visit. She provided the customer service that I am accustomed to receiving and it meant a lot. Ginger at the front desk also provided good customer service. She made sure I had a ride while enterprise rental left me stranded. Please keep these ladies forever, excellent team, them two ladies!

It would have been really helpful to have been offered a loaner car once it became apparent that the repair was going to take an extra two weeks.

1st when I got to the shop nobody came outside to see the car for me to show them what was wrong, 2nd there was not communicating of the status of my car at least I called , 3rd the car wasn't ready when they told me it was and the last one you guys change just **** suspension when they are supposed to be change together I understand the damage was on the left side but my understanding is that the piece is supposed to be change together so the car doesn't get mess up!

For the most part, the body damage work was good . The only issue I have is the headlights. The passenger side was where the damage occurred. That entire headlight was replaced. You’d think they would want to make the other side even . I would have paid for it . It would have made sense to replace the driver side as well considering they had the car disassembled. I understand we live in a capitalist society but **** , give us a break sometimes and do things to convince the customer for a change. The service provider (joe) did not call to give updates so I missed my opportunity to ask while the repairs was being done . I thought I was getting a lady service provides initially and ended up with a guy so I didn’t know who the service provider was until he called to tell me my car was ready .This service advisor didn’t do progress reports as they went so if you are looking for that make sure you know that if he’s your service advisor, you will have to call him with all your questions. Even when he called to tell me my car was ready and all the repairs were done , I asked him about my driver side rim , he said the insurance adjuster didn’t tell him . Joe didn’t have time to call the adjuster bc he had another customer. Really?! So I called the insurance adjuster and asked Joe to also do his due diligence to do the same . You’d think as much as I didn’t bother him the entire time my car was being worked on ( about 3 weeks) , he would have done the least but nope.
