I had to take my truck back more than once, the issues only got worse. My paint job is terrible in quality with many imperfections.the truck looked like it had still just come out of a ditch with grass and mud still on the truck, in the engine bay and undercarriage cover and hanging from the under carriage. My trucks paint looks like an orange peel texture and the truck was originally delivered to me with grass and dirt in the paint and large scratches in the door handle that the shop said would "just buff out" and very rough tape off lines everywhere with adhesive still in the paint not buffed. What was buffed looked like swirls and clouds. The truck was delivered the first time with the alignment way off with the wheel sitting at about 10:30 to go straight sometimes and a very bad shake in the front end at high speeds(55-70mph) NOT SAFE TO DRIVE, Should not have called me to pick the truck up! I only took the truck the first time to reduce rental time since the shop was waiting on a clip for my headliner and insisted all the things I pointed out would be addressed when I brought it back to get the headliner completed. My personal belongings had been stolen from the center console of my truck and I noticed almost immediately after I left. I only didn't notice when I was there because I didn't expect I had to take inventory or clean my truck out before I left it in a body shops possession but I guess I should have known better. The belongings were not more than 45 dollars in value but it was the principle that the people working with this shop did not respect me or my business. My radio stations were changed (I don't listen to 60s on the 6 and this is not a preset of my XM radio, this would have had to have been manually changed) and the truck was delivered with less gas than what I gave it to them on. Literally no gas. Just felt like my personal space and belongings were not respected. I was hesitant to take the truck back to this shop after delivering such a poor quality job, early at that and they stole from me but this shop is in safecos guaranteed repair network and I knew my insurance would make it right but I have to use a grn for the limited lifetime guarantee to apply so I Had to take back immediately due to the wobble and shaking.i removed EVERYTHING from my truck before leaving it with them this time. The shop then put me into a smaller veh ($22 a day) for less than what my insurance coverage affords $35 a day because now it was on their dime. I paid the difference out of pocket. I waited a few more days to have the shop call to say my truck was ready again I went to pick it up only to find the rough tape off lines were not addressed at all and found different issues with the paint this time being moisture in the paint with dips in the paint I can almost see metal/primer and the same orange peel effect. There was still mud all in the engine bay and undercarriage. There is still overspray on my rear passenger side window and front passenger side window so much that it's hard to see out when the sun hits it right. There is dirt or dust in the paint and my alignment is still off riding about 11:00 to go straight. My truck is fitted with tire pressure sensors so the truck says the front right tire is low so I check the tire to find it is at the correct tire pressure. This prompts me to check all tires to find it is actually the right rear tire that is low. The shop simply switched my tires in an attempt to hide the shaking at high speeds thinking I wouldn't notice! Upon further inspection I found there was a good amount of mud and gravel in the now right rear originally right front tires valve stem and think it has a slow leak now that the tire keeps losing about 3-5 psi in a work week. There are still big gouges in BOTH rims on the passenger side that were not addressed. I have a feeling that the truck was never aligned or has a bent tie rod since the front wheels are visibly pigeon toed with the steering wheel straight.

I’m satisfied. Could have been faster. Took 15 days. I’ve been to you before with more damage and it took less than a week so I’m not sure why it took quite so long this time. But insurance paid for a rental so I wasn’t to concerned with time. You guys took care of everything so I am happy.
