They are just so responsive and excellent in customer service. Never had any problem with their work I might recommend the front desk actually say your name if they are affirming something and you never said who you were so obviously they are going by phone # Also maybe more informative affirmation when you make the appointments. Again dont make me assume you have my claim info when i make the initial appt to bring in the car.

The only thing we had a problem with at all was that we were given estimate of about $845. We asked for the underneath spoiler to not be put back on so thought we were taking off $70 since we were told that was how much it cost. Never heard anything from anyone til I call to see if car would be done on Wednesday by close and told cost was gonna be $1000. Upon picking up car on Thursday when it was done I asked why we were not called to be told that when taking off front bumper there was more damage and would cost more I was told a guy named Craig has told the girl he did call and told us but he Did Not. Yes we knew our deductible was $****,000 but just because that's our deductible didn't think it automatically met the damage fix would cost that. Client should be called and talked to when you find more damage and cost going to be more. When told about finding more and had to fix so of course price went up I can understand that but I should have been called in the first place before just fixing it and then finding out oh I now owe ****,000 not about $770
