Very nice staff and the car was repaired SO FAST

As far as keeping me posted on the progression of them fixing my car was lacking. The work that was done on my car was very good. The male manager was very kind and broke things down. There is one young women in the office that sits at the front desk right next to the Enterprise and Gieco representative's is very disrespectful and not very courteous she didn't have good customer sevice she seemed annoyed. I have came across this women 3 times and every time she wasn't very pleasant she made you feel unwanted. Instead of asking me did I need help removing my belongings from the rental car to put in my car she said very stern "I need the rental car keys"! I had to inform her that I just walked in and I haven't seen my car since my accident. She once again said we'll make sure you leave the keys! For a place of professionalism she doesn't fit well and should be either take customer service etiquette classes or be fired!! She made my experience horrible!!

My wife and I use A&B exclusively, for all our auto body needs and have done so for more than 20 years. Service is prompt, efficient and courteous and the work is flawless. They even throw in little extras like detailing the bumper scrapes At their Hannah street office, everyone knows how to make a customer feel "wanted", from Amit and Aldo and Kelly - to the hardworking guys that actually do the work. I can't see me EVER going anywhere else for my auto body needs.

I can't think of any improvements. Your employees were very courteous and the processes already in place to handle a claim were very efficient.
