Manager was rude and dismissive about it.
They should always hand it to you before taking your car. My husband said that’s what Perry and Terry does.

There was a couple of days of delay for getting the job completedd as originally planned, however with the time of the season and colds and flu going around a little sick leave is understandable. And I appreciate them for taking the time to ensure all the ordered parts fit properly! I am very happy! My car looks better today than before my accident! I will certainly recommend Carstar West for any repairs needed on your vehicles! Another thing I appreciated was getting text daily on the repair progress! Great job guys!????
