I've had other cars repaired at another carstar before and have always loved your work...but I really don't like the paintjob that was done this time. Its minor things that from afar you can't really tell but you can tell up close and I feel the paint is going to fall/chip off quick in those parts

I love the service I received, however, on the drive home I realized that non of the radio or navigation system is working correctly. Additionally, even though I had rear end damage, it appears that maybe the battery was pulled out as all my settings are erased. I now need to bring my car back to Ideal Carstar for them to either reset the radio and navigation or troubleshoot the reason it's not functioning.

Everything looked really great, they did the work in a reasonable time, and they even made the interior spotless when it was pretty dirty before they gave it back. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the work and the nice, good smelling, clean car when I got to see it. Thanks a lot guys. I appreciate you.
