Took a while to get my car done which was inconvenient to me since I was carless.i even had an appt and it still took 4 days. Otherwise they did good.

Body work turned out beautiful, good as new. The team did an excellent job at communicating with me how the progress was going and if we were on track for scheduled date. My car was able to be completed 5 days earlier then expected.

Better status updates would be awesome. I found out from my rental car company that my car was complete and had been for a day. That was annoying if I'm honest.

While I am very happy with the repairs done on my car, it is a pain in the **** right now to find a replacement plate. Nonetheless, y'all offered to pay for the replacement plate, so I am satisfied—I'll be back in the future for future body work, god forbid!

I was very satisfied with the repair on my vehicle. The only issue I had is at the administrative end as they did not update my phone number, therefore, I had to call and find out when my vehicle would be ready. I had provided them with the phone # with my initial consultation.

I’m happy with everything I don’t think there’s much more that you can do. You are quick at getting repairs finished, the mechanics do there jobs very well, the front people up front are very nice and friendly. I’m just happy to know when I’ve got to leave my vehicle with you I can trust that the job will be done in a quick and timely manner.
