Please put correct date on invoice when the car can be picked up. Invoice was generated for Friday, but actually not ready until Monday. Did NOT cause me any problem. Just a small suggestion. I would recomnend your business to others

The repairs done are excellent and the customer services was tops. I really appreciate the calls to keep me updated on the status. Returning the rental car was SO helpful as I had recently lost my mother and that small kindness took one thing off my plate. Thank you!

Everyone was so helpful and so nice to me. They got things taken care of in a timely fashion. They also advised I replace my son's car seat he was in during our car accident...something no one else told me. I appreciated all the updates I received while they were working on my car. They asked if my son and I were okay after the accident, they didn't just care about my car.

I found everyone to be very customer friendly and engaged in wanting to do what ever they could to get my car repaired. That mattered a great deal to me! Sadly my wonderful 2014 Altima was deemed unrepairable. 've owned 3 Altima's and loved them all! The Carstar staff made me want to do business with you! I'll put you at the top of my list for bodywork going forward. Thanks
