You have committed fraud by not taking responsibility for damaging my vehicle and taking a picture and saying the damage was pre exiting. Funny how you didn’t take the photo directly at the damage but a side picture. Good luck getting a judge to believe your shop did not commit fraud.

My car still had the new car smell and it has been sprayed with some cheap rose water air freshener that is horrible. I can only think this was done because someone smoked in my car. The thought of it is worse than the smell. Otherwise the car looks good.

I was consistently updated by Chris at Carstar. He called me at least twice a week to give me updates and ask if I had any questions. If I called him with a question, he called me back within a couple hours. I was 100% impressed with the care to detail and communication.
