The repair work was very good, but the car was very filthy in the inside and in the out I brought that car they’re clean. I realize it had rained a little bit, but not that filthy dirty that was on the outside of that car. I was very disappointed on how dirty the outside of my car was, I’m meticulous about keeping that car clean and it was dirty on the inside as well. I was not pleased with how dirty it was.

The job was well done and you were on point with your estimate, which was particularly important to me because I paid out of pocket rather than through insurance. We are still waiting to get back in for the windshield repair, which I realize is a Tesla parts issue. We appreciate you. - John

Your repair work was great and your price was relatively reasonable. My only reservation is that after I brought you the car for an estimate in the spring, I was told that you would contact me every several weeks to report how close you were to scheduling a firm date to perform the work. But that never happened -- you didn't try to reach me even once. Moreover, when I finally contacted your office about scheduling, I was told for the first time that I'd need to put money down before parts were ordered because I was personally covering the repair costs (not using insurance), as I'd unambiguously explained to you at the time of the spring estimate.

Overall the work and timing was amazing and I truly appreciate how they got it done faster than anyone expected. The work is high quality with the exception of **** door being replaced crooked and some trim Not being placed flush. I have been struggling to get them to schedule a visit to fix these, but I also understand how busy the shop is.
