The job was completed. Another car place I had been to previously, had called me and said - since we are working on your car anyways, we could fix this up. It would have been nice if this was offered to me, since certain things were spotted that were not part of the claim.
I was told the car was going to be cleaned on the inside, but it wasn't.
But very nice people, and the claim job was well done.

From the beginning of the job through the end of the job, there was continuous communication. As badly as my car was damaged, from being rear ended at the high velocity it was, I was uncertain as to what the outcome would be. I was astounded by the level of expertise, attention to detail, and the focus on my car being fixed to the extreme level of excellence that even a dealership would believe it is “factory line” work. I am far more than impressed!

The initial phone call I made was A+...Tim was so helpful and pleasant on the phone and then in person. I ended up canceling my other appointment with another shop because I was very satisfied with my meeting and felt no reason to go else where! Thank you!
