Besides the fact that the car looks great, the team at CARSTAR Kraftsman was really easy to work with. Stephanie was very welcoming and organized. Tim explained everything in understandable language and checked in appropriately to keep me informed. CARSTAR Kraftsmen gets 5 stars from me and I will recommend them to others.

My family believes although the insurance company didn't, our Jeep should've been totaled. Carstar did fix what they told them to fix. We believe the rear axle was overlooked, the rear passenger door does not seal property, the driver's door doesn't latch properly. Tanking it back in on Friday the 8th.....
