I feel they did what they could, but there’s still a ahead of the worst damaged area! So I wish they would has asked me if I wanted to have the whole panel changed, which Doug said they do it all the time!!! The top bed doesn’t fit tight to box ether, the paint job seems pretty good although haven’t had much time to look closely at it...

Completely happy with the way you all took care of everything! From doing a fantastic job on repairing my vehicle, matching the paint flawlessly and straightening out a crumbled up piece of steel to arranging the interior detail job. And hats off to Anna for quarterbacking my whole experience!

Lugnuts were left off two wheels. I believe the vehicle should be cleaned before returning to customer. If it didn’t have bodyshop dust in it when it arrived,it shouldn’t have it when it leaves.

My car looks great! However, I was told everything would take a week and it took about 2 weeks. I'm fine with it taking extra time to get the job done. But, if it's going to take longer just over estimate the time so I'm not left wondering how long it's going to actually take. Either way I'm sure happy with everything.
