Another customer was called a **** by an individual vacuuming while I was in the lobby. She came in after seeing her car wasn't as clean as she hoped and mentioned she expected it to be cleaner and asked for a towel. After being given the towel and exiting the lobby, the employee vacuuming says "well she was a ****" - 4/2/19 around 1630. Additionally I was unhappy with the color match on my car. It was quite obviously poorly painted. Evidence of bubbles/ orange peel texture in the paint. Over spray on my tires/ rims. Additionally my car was delayed due to it going through "quality inspection" I'm a believer in doing things the right way the first time. If you needed more time with my car to correct these item, then tell me so. Even my car jack was left in the back seat of my car? Why couldn't this have been put back where it belongs? Sloppy. I had much higher expectations. I haven't had a chance to further inspect my vehicle but will be doing so in the coming days.

You guys were by far the greatest example of customer service I have ever seen. When my rental car company didn’t pick me up in time to get me to work, you jumped in and gave me a ride to work yourself. Thank you so so much for not only caring about my car, but me as a person. I loved the text updates the entire time my car was being serviced and that the entire experience was so easy. I didn’t have to worry about a thing except when to drop off my car and pick it up. I would recommend you to anyone looking to get their car fixed. Thank you Ideal CARSTAR!!!
