Everyone in the front office was amazing and helped me get my husband's truck taken care of. When the truck wouldn't start for me to leave, Sloan came out and helped. He offered to take me and my grandson home, he had to put a charger on to start the truck; then he bought the truck to our house. I thank everyone there. Nadine was amazing as well.

Only surprise was estimate on front of car doubled in amount from time of visual estimate to finished job. A little concerning. Other than that customet service was great and as of today, day after we picked up car damage repair seems to be fine.

My car was in for a claim I submitted regarding my washer fluid container being broken and unable to hold washer fluid. No one filled my car with washer fluid after repair, and I discovered when I got home and tried, that it still leaks. I have called and left a voicemail (it was after hours) to have this fixed.

Picked up my vehicle on Saturday. when they called me prior to the pickup, the caller assured me that someone would be there to explain the repairs and parts used. The person on Saturday when I asked if they were going to go over the work done, he said "it's Saturday only one person here". Then he stated that it wasn't his job so he knew nothing about it. This is the second vehicle your company has worked on.. you would think that customer service would play into this. No worries I will not be using your shop again. I still don't know what was done.
