I don't want/need to be contacted. I am dissatisfied with ****) lack of updates pertaining to delayed completion and pickup 2) terrible communication regarding the pickup date/time 3) Car was not washed like I was told it would be (unless the only part of the car that is washed in the trunk that was fixed. While I continued to get duplicate status updates through the car work, there were no clear updates when it came down to the most important update: the date/time of pickup. If I hadn't reached out to confirm pickup on the original scheduled date (Thursday 8/22), I would not have known or probably been notified that the completion date was delayed. Read through the emailed communication and you tell me if you'd be satisfied. When I reached out at 3pm yesterday to confirm my car would be ready for pickup at the rescheduled date/time of 8/23 at 4pm, I got a response at 3:34pm that said "Good afternoon, they are in the final stages of repairs now. Once they get it cleaned up we will contact you; and we can set you up in the after hours pick up if need be today." The scheduled pickup time was 4pm and I planned my day expecting to pick up at 4pm. My time is just as valuable as yours. Satisfactory customer service would be to provide the customer with an updated pick up time prior to the time of scheduled pick up. I got this response at 4:38pm, "If you can get here by 5:45 that would be great! We will have it ready to go for you then!"

There were a few new scratches on my steering wheel's cover, as well as some white paint (?) on said cover that I had to remove with acetone. Driver's arm rest was also a bit dirty, likely from that same person.
