Everyone was friendly and helpful- Super easy to work with!! Imlove the automated status updates via text! My car was done when promised, looks GREAT and was clean inside and out to boot :)

The repair took much longer than initially sugggested, but the team worked hard to have my car ready for me ahead of schedule. They also coordinated with the rental car company to insure I got a vehicle suitable for my specific needs.

Quality of the work was great. Only unhappiness was with the estimating process. I was asked to bring the car in for an estimate (BTW, this was an insurance claim for hail damage). I brought the car in and was told that it would be around $2,500 and should take around 7 days to complete the work. After I brought the car in, I was told that it would take 30 days because the damage was more extensive than originally believed. I certainly understand that you might discover additional work, but ultimately don't know why I bothered bringing it in for an estimate if the estimate was that far off. As far as I am concerned, I wasted 2 hours of my time to receive an estimate that had no real value. That said, the work was great and I am happy with my car. I just would have been happier if the estimate had been more accurate and I could have better prepared for the time without my car. Thanks. Albert Macchietto ****-****-xxxx
