Meaning for front end collision it took them almost a month to repair it which is understandable I guess it took a week to get an estimate on how much money to get it repaired then it took them two weeks to figure out a headlight and it also came back without the speakers working.

A worker placed my sandal on my back seat. Why they needed to do that? All I asked was to paint the front. They do not need to move my things on my back area. We Japanese never put a pair of shoes on our seat. We consider as dirty. If they want me to abosolutely clear my car, they should have told me so.
