This is the review I posted on Google: I can't say enough about Brent and his crew. This situation was more complex than usual as we live out of state and my daughter attends college in Salem. I am so appreciative to Brent for his responsiveness and the conscientious and caring way he treated my daughter during her first experience navigating a situation like this. Trying to help her take care of this long distance had its own set of stresses and I have to say that at every turn Brent communicated where things were in the repair process and made every effort to make the process go smoothly for my daughter. She was on a tight timeline because of holiday travel plans and his crew worked late to get the work on her car completed in time. It seems rare to find this kind of personal service in this day and age. Oh, and did I mention that they did a great job on the repair itself? Thank you!!

Brent is awesome. It was done way quicker than anticipated. They called the rental company when I arrived to make sure they were on the way and they made the process as simple as it could be.

Great job as before! Very nice people who work there and pulled my car out so I didn’t have to back up or crane my neck to get out. They were also great to call rental car place for us to come pick up their rental car. Just all around fantastic business to do business with! And done in record time.
