This was the third time I had a car repaired at Pacific Elite. By now I had no doubt the work was going to be perfect. However, I would be remis if I didn’t comment on the professional attitude and demeanor of the staff starting with Lorena at the front desk and ending with Scott, the highly competent manager. I hope to not need any bodywork on my cars anytime soon, but, if I do, I will be back at Pacific Elite. Thanks for the outstanding service and thanks for the opportunity to express my appreciation in this forum.

Scott was completely professional while at the same time being very personable. He surveyed the damage on the vehicle accurately and quoted me a fair price. I didn’t feel like he overcharged on anything. The vehicle work was done in ample time and returned. I was kept up to date on everything and left with a very positive experience. I will most certainly recommend business because if this.

Didn’t repair parts that were written on estimate,( blend front door, repair rocker)Didn’t put Trunk floor back in trunk. Didn’t R&I back window from old door. Scratches on quarter panel and inside jam where hinges go.

This is our second time getting our car repaired here at Pacific Elite. We came back because we felt we were taken care of so well the first time, and this current time blew us away as well. Scott was so thoughtful and considerate and offered us a rental car on Pacific Elite’s dime because I needed a way to get my child to school every day. Offering me that tiny consideration might have seem inconsequential to you guys, but meant the world to me!!! It alleviated my stress of needing my car repaired and allowed my son to travel to school safe and sound every day. He called me and updated me on the status of my car to keep me in the loop and fixed my car quickly and efficiently. My car was even washed, vacuumed, and waxed (?) when I picked it up! All in all, our experience was very pleasant and we are very grateful to find a company that treats our car with respect and urgency. Tessa H
