My insurance company trusts Pacific Elite because the service advisors here are the best; the assessment that Pacific Elite turns in will be what is used. From the front desk to the back lot, the employees of Pacific Elite are professional and easy to work with. While your vehicle is in for repairs, you will get frequent and very precise updates about its status. Last time I got a text that the car would be ready the next morning at 10:42 am, then they updated it to 10:02 am, and then they beat that time by having it done a day early! My car was pretty and clean when I picked it up. Awesome! Thank you especially to Robert Salinas, General Manager. This is a great shop.
