This is my third time dealing with Elite Body Shop. A deer took out the door on my Camry the first time. A shopping cart took out the bumper on my wife's car the second time and a tree branch took out her car again on this last time. EVERY TIME Elite Body Shop has done outstanding work restoring each vehicle to better than original condition. Their personnel are exceptional. I have dealt with Rudy Rudall the last 2 times I've had vehicles at Elite. He is by far the finest customer service representative I've ever dealt with. Conscientious, professional, customer friendly, effective, efficient.....There is no end to the positive adjectives I could use to describe his customer service. The work at Elite is as good as their people. No wonder USAA uses them as the recommended repair shop. If you want the best, come see Rudy and the rest of the crew at Elite.

Rudy and his staff bent over backwards to make this fix a painless process. They called Enterprise rental car and made arrangements. They kept me informed of the progress and the work is excellent! They returned my car to me cleaner than when I took it in with a complimentary car wash and vacuumming.
