I could not be more pleased with every aspect of the experience. Al Brodeur's and his people were professional, courteous, and expert in the way they treated me and repaired my car. They returned my car to its original condition, as good as new. I was absolutely flawed by the work, and feel that I made a perfect call when I decided to trust the repairs to this shop. I highly recommend them to anybody who loves their car and babies it and wants superior attention to detail and professional work of the highest caliber. My estimator, Keith, was honest and delivered on his word.

Though I hope not to need your services any time soon, it was a pleasure doing business with you! All your staff made the whole process- from connecting me with a rental car to dealing with the insurance company- so easy. Not once did I have to call you to find out information- instead, your staff reached out to me proactively. Receiving updates via text worked well. The work was finished as predicted. I want to thank Al, Molly and there crew for the excellent job they did on my 96 GMC p/u. I needed work on my cab corners and rocker panels. After discussing with Molly what I wanted she gave me a couple of options. I could go with the soup to nuts option or install a less expensive option of installing parts. Being just a bang around truck I went with the less expensive route. There were no hassles. Molly didn't care which option I took as long as I was happy. I couldn't be happier with the final product. I would recommend anyone to have their car or truck repaired there no matter how big or small the project is. A very satisfied customer. Paul B
