Repair seems as expected (thank you) but need a little more driving time to fully evaluate.
I received a couple empty emails with subject lines ‘Update’ and ‘Status’ that we’re a little confusing but, other than that, communications seemed adequate.

My experience was great! All staff members were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The entire experience was also convenient. When I dropped my car off in the morning, there was somebody there to give me a ride to Enterprise to get a rental and I was able to get to work on time. The text message updates were also helpful to know that the repairs were on schedule!
