Lack of communication throughout the process, not meeting delivery date (and not communicating that to us), calling to check on status and not getting any information from the people answering the phones, items called out on insurance estimate not repaired, items that were possibly damaged during accident but not written up were not addressed. When asked to give all "10's" on a survey (which I still haven't received) service rep was told that would not happen because of the problems - he then asked before giving low marks call and give him a chance to make it right. Told him we are standing here right now and giving a chance to make it right, but he offered no solutions. The list goes on...Don't worry about trying to make it right, we won't be bringing the vehicle back there for service, I have no trust or faith that it would be corrected adequately. We will be calling our insurance person for further resolution.

Exceeded expectations. Receptionist was able to call insurance for a different rental car when the pre-arranged one did not show up. Incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic, and nice. Rick was also very nice. Went over all details. Car was done earlier than quoted. Team definitely over-delivered on their work and promises.
