I think the whole repair process has been a mess.
****. The Service King specialist Stephen Cimino was fried during my service.
2. I provided my car to a Service King on December 3 and got it back January 2, 2019 but it was not finished. There are still some issues that Service King needs to address. Further there was no true explanation for the delay. Mind you this was 3000 estimate.
3. In firing of Stephen Cimino it doesn’t appear that his files were reassigned and if they were I was not notified of the new specialists.
4. The whole process shows a sense of incompetence.
