Paul reyes was great. He helped with everything I needed and more, answered all my questions and more importantly had my truck ready the day he told me it would be ready great job in a fast manner. He is great Definitely a 5 star experience for me. Will definitely be back to Paul for all my repair needs.

The Combination of having GEICO Insurance, DeMonthron Chevrolet Body Shop and Enterprise Car Rental and most friendly kind and considerate with full understanding in the Geico Express Care of Car and Truck owners who are unfortunately with damaged vehicles is the best solution to effectively and efficiently and fully satisfied with the one and half day from my bringing in my car for repair to being notified that repair has been completed. Finding that my car is fully detailed inside and the full surface of my car has been waxed polished and buffed is another reason that one unfortunately who has vehicle with body damage from collision or other type of damage should not hesitate in trusting the Geico Insurance DeMonthron Chevrolet and Having Enterprise rental car in same office and continuous team on my and any other clients behalf. The repair is flawless. And. Very well done. Thank you Geico DeMonthron Chevrolet and Enterprise Team.

Wasn't completely satisfied but since going back & speaking with someone @ the collision dept. & her speaking with her manager, he agreed to take the vehicle back & resolve the problems.. i trust Demontrod will correct the issues that were brought to their attention.. thanks Demontrod..

I am thoroughly disappointed in my experience with the collision repairs center at DeMontrond Chevy. My vehicle was dropped off for repairs with a guaranteed completion date 4 days after drop-off. I was even receiving email notifications letting me know that the repairs were on schedule and that my vehicle was complete on day 4. It ended up taking over 2 weeks to complete with nobody notifying me of the progress. I kept getting the run-around saying they are "waiting for parts.” I requested calls every day for updates on my vehicle, they agreed, and of course no calls. Incredibly disappointed.

I had no idea about the process at all but this lady Corina was so nice to me . She answered all of my questions more than once and guided me all along. She was very patient and help me till I got my car back .
