Don't need a phone call. The problem was the constant rescheduling of the finish time. They were able to do all the repairs in four days but then it took a week to get it detailed and checked for me to pick it up. If the automated system that lets you know your car is ready to pick up is not right don't use it. I got multiple texts telling me my car was ready when it wasn't. And one last thing, when I did finally get to pick up my car no one walked out with me to make sure the work was right in my eyes.

The people that worked on my car did a great job . I will have to bring it back in to adjust the hatch it still a little off but everything else seems to be good . Kandi in Geico was great and the other young lady that works with Kandi was also very nice . The rental man was very efficient. All to get her I would rate your team a 10 .

I was very disappointed in the service I received from Demontrond. I’m the beginning when Adriana was taking care of my car I was kept in the loop and was informed every day or so. But then my car key was lost and that set y’all back 2 plus weeks on the estimated date I was given. After the key was lost, I was informed that Adriana was no longer working for y’all and I was not kept informed about my car. Several times I was told it should be so and so day and then that day would come and go and I still waited. No one called me, I had to call and ask about my car. And then to top it off, there was a paper butterfly on my vent on the dash that was destroyed. That my seem very unimportant to you but my husband gave it to me and he died last year so it was extremely upsetting to see that it was ripped in half. I am very dissatisfied with the service that y’all provided.
