The stereo was unplugged. The gas nozzle was not secure and the brake line is hanging down. Not any of these things were even close to the problems on the opposite side of the vehicle. I'm not happy with the time it took to repair my truck.

It's just weird to me how the parts that were ordered to be replaced weren't explained to me that they would be completely different. I was told they would replace it with exactly the same item. I should've been notified if the parts were going to be different, a simple phone call would've sufficed. Now I've got these parts on my vehicle that don't look near as sturdy as the ones that were previously on my vehicle to begin with.

All I can say is great and fast service all the way from the adjuster ,estimator and the car rental agent! I really liked the text everyday letting me know the status on the repair.I am more than satisfied with your service . Thank you very much I wld highly recomend you guys! God bless you .

Car dropped off on a Monday. Parts received Tuesday. I was notified Friday more repairs were needed. I was promised call backs which were not received. I was told it would be done by Wednesday, then Friday, then the next Monday, then Tuesday and it is still not done because, when I picked up today, it was pulling to the right. All I needed was a new tire, real, alignment, strut and that is taking a week and counting and I am paying for the rental out of pocket. To top it all off, I thought I would ask for a donation from the dealership for a United Way auction we are having to fundraiser and called the individual I was told to call (Dana McCann). She never bothered to call me back (I left a voicemail on her line). The experience has been one disappointment after another... Hopefully my car is completed tomorrow. My car is up to almost 100,000 so I am in the market for a new vehicle, but after this experience, I know I will not purchase it from your dealership. I like to test the service department before purchasing a vehicle and yours was an epic fail...

I had some additional challenges due to an emergency surgery. Everyone involved with my repair was extremely helpful, but went above and beyond due to my circumstances to take care of me. It was a little God Wink that my point of contact was named Angel. She was wonderful in coordinating my car to be brought home and the rental picked up. Give her a raise (and a hug from me! )

I just couldn't have asked for a better way. The people were helpful, professional and friendly. The communication was frequent but unobtrusive as I received frequent text updates. The car was finished earlier than I expected and the cost was lower than expected. The quality of the work was superior and they even detailed the car when they were finished. I was upset when my brand new vehicle got damaged but they gave my story a happy ending!!! THANKS

Firstly they missed a spot that was marked up originally. Secondly the truck had sensors going off and the shop wanted nothing to do with it. Truck is less than two years old and had no such problems before dropping it off for body repair. Told me to take to another shop for repair. Currently waiting to see if my warranty will cover or if I will submit to insurance. Bottom line is they should have at least taken a look instead of sending me away very dissatisfied. The lady who helped me was Angel. Very nice, don't blame her for anything. Just feel like I was brushed off. Communication daily while truck was in shop was impressive.

Angel is the most amazing person I have worked with! Her attention to detail is superb. The entire staff is equally amazing with the care given to the customer. The make me wish that I were part of that team of workers. Y'all are by far the best around!
