Everyone was extremely courteous. My vehicle was ready before the scheduled delivery date. The enterprise rental was also courteous. I would bring my vehicle back to your dealership if I have any more complications with my vehicle. I would recommend my friends to your dealership if they have any problems with their vehicle. A job well done!

The car was supposed to be warranty serviced after repair,witch never happened. The car intena was never installed after repair, representative won't return our phone call.

Lack of communication, being charged for parts I don't need, dragging out repairs to get more money from me, all when I'm paying out of pocket. Normally, decent people would want to finish it ASAP to reduce costs but no. I got screwed and have to pay 2,000 in repairs and 450 for a rental. So you can bet I'll never be coming back to have even an oil change done here. Y'all need to get new management or employees that actually do their job correctly, instead of ones who are greedy and just want a bigger paycheck.

I was really impressed with the organization process. Everything went smooth from turning my vehicle in, to the paper work, and getting my rental car. For being in an accident, the post accident was bar-none! The staff was excellent as well!

One of my heads lights were replaced and the other one wasn't and my key also was messed up from the accident and it wasn't replaced either and I asked for it to be placed.It was returned in worst conditions then it was given to them.

Angel stepped up when gieco adjuster could not do his job. She also helped with a mechanical problem by allowing toyota to work on the car. She went over and beyond to make sure the car was complete to her liking. " treating the car as her own". My only complaint is that after paint and body is complete with there part, that when they reassemble the car that they make sure that everything is plugged in and working. We had two problems with this and was uncalled for. Angel stepped up and made sure that the problem was fix. Angel was an amazing service adviser.

Let's just say that even though Angel tried to make things right and she worked hard, I Was not happy that the crew at the collision center sliced the inside door panel while repairing the exterior damage. Because of this my husband and I were out almost 400 on rental fees and without my car for almost 3weeks due to their negligence. I will never recommend your collision center for repairs.

I am having to return for a second time because some one did not order the tire that needed to be on my veichle and tried to give me an old one when they had billed my insurance 369.00 for a new one. I am having to drive an hour just so yhey can correct their mistake, for a second time.

Repair took longer than what they said. Sometimes the truck won't start. It started missing in front of representative and he did nothing about it.
