We were never informed that our car was pushed a whole week. Then we kept getting the round around, saying your car will be ready the next day, 3 times. There was no communication at all. The only way we knew was going on with our car, is because we had to keep calling and asking about it. This truly was one of the worst experience for us.

The repair process was fine, but I believe I was told the car would be detailed before I picked it up. Whoever was in charge of that did an awful job. Now, I am not supposed to wash the car for 30 days, so I am stuck with a car that desperately needs to be detailed.

I had body work performed on my vehicle and when it was finished the interior had a strong oder of bondo and and a paint smell. I feel that the body shop should not have kept my windows down or my doors open when they where on replacing my bumper and painting my tailgate. I bought my truck at you dealership and I did not expect this kind of work. I feel that when it is turned over to the client it should be in emmaculant and look better than it did before it went in.
