3 times the car was supposed to be ready but there was a problem each time and it had to be re-worked. QC did reject and send it back, but I question why that happened in the first place.

The process took entirely too long . There was daily communication via text in the progress of the repairs up until the day it was supposed to be completed and then I didn't hear anything and had to call to check on the status . Vehicle was supposed to b ready originally on 7/20 and I had a road trip scheduled for 7/22. Vehicle was not ready. Vehicle was to bE upon my return 7/26. I drove all the way up there only to have to wait as vehicle was not ready for delivery. After waiting , vehicle was said to be ready and upon driving off, it was apparent repairs were not complete . Had to drop vehicle back off 15 min after receiving it . Staff attempted to charge me for 2 deductibles , did not appear to have an interest in customer satisfaction as he could have been more active in trying to make this a pleasant experience

When I reviewed the estimate I observed that the radiator was not being replaced. I called and spoke with one of the gentlemen at the Collision Center about this who told me to essentially trust him and that he had been doing this for 20+ years and that it would be fixed when I picked the car up. Picked up the car six days later on Friday and drove North to the next highway crossover to access the Southbound side and entered the highway. Before we got back to the dealership exit the car overheated. Returned to the Collision Center and explained the issue and showed the dash light to one of the staff. After a brief check was told that there was an air bubble in the radiator that they were working to get removed. I asked if the radiator had been pressure tested and was told that they would check on it then was told it was being tested at that time. The test found that the radiator was cracked, leaking coolant and needed to be replaced. Had to leave the car until the following Tuesday for additional repairs. Following pick-up car appeared to have been fully repaired but I did not receive the paperwork for the radiator replacement. Called and asked that it be mailed and provided by mailing address. I am still waiting to receive that paperwork. Not the best experience nor the one I expected.

Rear hub caps were off, plates bent, side step left off inside cab, took a month for minor repairs, was told several times they were working on my truck right now, didn't get reply after left messages, told the insurance was contacted that hour and waited an actual two days for that to transpire. It shouldn't take a month to have minor work done. I've had better service from Demontrond before but this time was unacceptable.
