The tailgate does not lock and wont show on the dash when is open,im also from angleton long drive and losing alot of money from due to the fact that i have to leave early or miss days completely from work.

The scheduling of the repair process was very vague and changed often. The vehicle was finished a full week after the original date, October 31. Once completed, we were given 24 hours to pick up the car. We are set to go out of town this week. Had we already left, I'm not sure what would have happened with the vehicle, or if we would be charged extra for being unable to pick it up. Not only that, but upon pick up, the pressure in all 4 tires was low, making the tires unsafe to drive on. The technicians surely would have noticed, since the vehicle needed to be turned on and driven from the shop to the parking lot to be picked up. Yet, nothing was done until I asked for the tires to be filled before leaving.

Length of time to repair seemed unreasonable. I felt they figured a retired older woman probably wasn't in a hurry to get it back! The end result was acceptable, but not the bill I had to pay for 4 weeks of vehicle rentals!

The insurance was charged for a fender flare kit (contains 4) and the other 3 are no where to be found. I did not get a follow up on the whereabouts of the other 3

The reason I brought the car in was because the sensor lights had come on. The car was in the shop for over 2 weeks only to tell me the sensor was on back order and won't be in for weeks. Also, the thermostat is being recalled and after being in the shop for 2 weeks it still had not been ordered. I will have to bring the car back in at a later date in order to get that fixed.

The WORST experience I've ever had with a dealership!!! I was lied to 2 times about the status of my vehicle, it was delayed up to 14 days and when I got my vehicle back the AC was not working! My AC was just fine before I turned my car in. Now I've been calling, leaving messages and emailing and I've got no response in return to resolve this. It's ok though that is the last time this dealership ever touches ANY of my VEHICLES!! I meet thousands of people a week and I GAURANTEE you EVERY SINGLE person I come across will hear my story about this place.. just terrible!
