Not enough padding underneath the carpet by the driver and passenger side, whereas, as you step on the carpet your shoe sinks into where there's no padding and missing plastic hooks that attach to the floor mats. Also, as you drive, while your headlights are on, the gauges on the panel begin to dim!!

My repair took one month and a week to complete totally unacceptable .Then went there for a pick up on the vehicle and the work was incomplete and unm acceptable paint work on back of the vehicle. They also didn't paint the front of the damaged area that it went in for .

It took to long to replace a bumper almost 3 weeks , windshield washer reservoir was replaced and left it empty the same with fuel tank completely empty , which wasn't completely empty when was brought in, car was full in dust. Not professional comparing with other dealerships!

I got my truck back late Friday the 25th. The reason it was I. Collision is due to being hit and ran off the road by an eighteen wheeler. When I drove it off the lot I noticed that it sounds like there is air/wind coming in from where the door latches. Come Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th I hear a weird noise and a rubbing noise coming from the area of the front driver side around the wheel. I called collision and asked for Gerald who was over my truck while it was in for repair and a guy named Pete answered and I was on hold for 10min. I hung up and called back asking for Jody who released my truck to me on Friday as he told me if anything is wrong to give him a call. I asked to speak with him, but he was busy. I explained to the lady on the phone what was going on. She told me whenever I have time bring it by and they would look at it. The next day which is today Tuesday the 29th I took my truck in. I walk into collision and I had numerous people look up at me but did not say anything to me like I wasn't there. I walked up to a lady basically making her ask me how she can help me. I explained to her what was going on and what the lady from Friday had told me about bringing my truck in when I had time. The lady informed me that she was going to print out the estimate if I would like to have a seat. I sat down and I saw her talking to a man. The man she was talking to came over and asked what was going on. I explained what I was hearing and feeling in my truck. He asked for my keys so he could drive it and see if he can hear and feel what I was feeling. Ten minutes later the gentleman comes back and I asked him if he did hear and feel what I explained. He replied yes, that he would like the guy who aligned my truck to look at it. Explained the guy who aligned it was at lunch till one and if I wanted to wait or come back. I let him know I would come back. The gentleman told me to come back to Hyundai service and they would get the gentleman who aligned my truck. I did just as he said. I came back I had a seat and an hour later the service guy who's name is David, who aligned my truck approached me and asked if he could talk to me. We walk outside and he tells me that my **** joints are smashed and he needs me to show him the noise I'm hearing. I explained to him that my **** joints should not be out and that this is all from the wreck. I told him my truck is ALWAYS in service with David Wolff every 5,000 miles for tire rotation and every 10,000 miles for an oil change which at this point they do a 100% 360 evaluation on my truck and they would have told me about the **** joints. I no sooner but my truck in reverse and barely backed up and David heard the noise I was talking about and I explained that you can feel it in the pedals. I drove a little circle around parking lot and came back to Hyundai service. David tells me he's going to go out my truck back up on lift and see what's going on. No more than 5 minutes he comes back telling me that Gerald said it's coming from the steering wheel column. That he is talking to Geico (my insurance) to see what's going to happen if I wanted to go to collision and speak with them. I walk over walk in and ask the first guy standing there who is Gerald. The gentleman says he's right there as the guy walking towards us is the guy I had talk to that afternoon who asked if I wanted to come back around one due to service technician (who he didn't know his name)was at lunch till one. Now I know who Gerald is! Gerald explains that Geico is waiting to hear from their head person to get a response. Finally after standing there a guy with Geico walks up and tells me that the noise and what I'm feeling along with **** joints are from everyday wear and tear. Wants to tell me that they can't say that all this came from the wreck. I kindly explained to him that I had NO problems with my truck before the eighteen wheeler hit me. I told him the same thing I told David the service Tech, that my truck is in service every 5,000 and 10,000 miles to be serviced with David Wolff. That I did not have anything wrong with my truck until this happened and the guy with Geico wants to tell me that because the eighteen wheeler hit me caused the wear and tear to appear. Now I know it's not just me but this makes no sense to me what so ever. I take pride in my vehicle as I work my **** of to have it. So no I am not happy with anyone in collision department. I haven't ever been treated so rudely before at Demontrond. When I pull up to Toyota service I am greeted by name and with smiles. The two gentlemen David Wolff and Andrew (not sure of last name) are wonderful guys and know how to treat their customers. I can not say the same for Collision and I have a vehicle that is still not fixed completely at all. I am VERY upset!!!!!
