While I would have of course passed on the experience. I really appreciate a job well done. The body shop foreman/Andrew was very kind and patient with me and did his absolute best to be sure I was satisfied with the finished product. Corina is very kind and cares about the customer. I came to Demontrond because of Sam Bass. I bought an RV from him in December. His style of straight answers fits me nicely. My car was returned to me after 7 days (I was told it would be a two to three day repair) with clear coat on my window. The interior was filthy. Dust, dirt, fingerprints, stains on fabric. My work hat (brand new Stetson), left in backseat was ruined!? What exactly was being done in backseat? Repair was driver side door. The customer service from front desk was rude and misinformed every time I inquired about my vehicle. I am very unhappy with quality service and repair.

Everything was wonderful and well done, only comment is that my car had practically no gas when I got it back from the collision center, which concerned me as there wasn't a readily available gas station nearby.

Overall I am pleased with Demontrond customer service. However, I would give less than 5 stars because of the unexpected delay in finishing the work on my vehicle and confusing messages on when it would be done. Bottom line is, my initial timeline expectations weren't met and I was unclear on when my vehicle would be ready. The delay impacted weekend plans :( Had I been given clear information earlier in the week, I could have replanned my weekend better. Also, I would like to note that the driver's side window makes an unusual noise when opening or closing the window...like a part inside the door may not be seated properly. Thank you. Ellen S
