For starters the repair was never done because I didn't ask you all to do the repair the other thing was your communication was very poor because y'all did not tell me or communicate to me properly that y'all are going to tear my car apart it has been a very bad experience and I would never ever want to use DeMontrond again because of the communication is not there.
