I was kept aware just about every day stating we were on a schedule for 6/22/17. However all of a sudden texts were stopped and I had to call to find out about a delay. On 6/23 I ended up going to Demontrond and sitting and waiting for it.

My car was scheduled to be repaired by 06/02/17 & in a text, told that any delays, I would be notified. Mr. Reyes would not call, text, or phone me. He would not return my messages & I had to go thru State Farm to get status. I had been finally told my car would be ready on 06/17/17, but it wasn't & there were no notes in the file past 05/30/17. I showed up in person 6/19/17 & spoke to Jody who personally took over my claim & called with 3 status updates that day. My car was ready at 5:20 pm on 6/19/17, but I couldn't get there by 6:00. I picked it up @ 9:00 am on 6/20/17, but driving to work could not drive over 68 mph without terrible shaking of the front-end. I'm taking it back tomorrow, 6/21/17.

The work on my car was not satisfactory. The paint was not smooth and I was asked to come back on Wednesday to fix the paint job. I will not be off until wed and I wanted to rest and I have to back and have my car worked on. My insurance paid for this and I am very dissatisfied.
