Compact did an excellent job. I worked with Gary who made everything quick and easy. Hope I'll never need to go to a body shop again but if I do, Compact will be first on the list!

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Compact Auto Body. They kept me updated throughout on the progress of my car and Gary was kind enough to provide rides to and from the shop. The best part is that my car looks great! I would definitely recommend this shop to friends.

Hello, In general, I am very, very happy with the quality of the work and the flexibility of Compact listening to my requests. The only thing I wasn't happy about is that before I dropped my 4Runner off I requested Gary who was very helpful and paid attention to all my requests to repair some minor dents in the bumper in the back and some flares on the passenger side in the extension of the front bumper that was the loss of the accident. Well I did notice when the car was delivered that there were a couple of minor flares on the extension of the back bumper on the right side (passenger side). I'd wish you could have taken care of them during the five days you guys had my car. I did point it out to Gary when I picked it up last Saturday and he said that I'd need to drop it off again for one day. It's a nuisance something that could have been avoided. Other than that, I'm very happy my 4Runner looks beautiful and you guys did an excellent job. Thank you! Carlos M
