Not only was the repair completed faster than you estimated, it looks beautiful. I know you had to wash the outside, but you vacuumed the inside. With our inclimate weather it has been almost 2 months since "Pepper" looked so nice. Thank you.

My repairs were due a hit and run. When I called my insurance to find a preferred provider, I was referred to Procraft. When my claims adjuster called to inquire which shop I decided on, I told him Procraft. The adjuster didn’t miss a step. He said they did excellent work and there’s never any question with Procraft’s estimate of what’s needed to restore a vehicle. He was right. I’m so happy with my car. It feels new again! All of the staff were easy, courteous and professional to deal. And **** gets a special shout out for making this process painless and patiently answering my many questions. Very professional. Finished when said would be. Great popcorn. Friendly staff: remarkable that the three I interacted with remembered my name and car given the hundreds they must see every week. Coffee terrible, but appreciated having it available. Car good as new: couldn't tell there had been a fender bender. Only suggestion: one of my calls was not returned - since all others had been and within 20 minutes, it was a notable exception.
