The car was delivered with over-spray all over the vehicle. Todd told us that we should clean it ourselves using a clay bar. That is unacceptable. We had to pay 200 for a mobile cleaning company to come and bring it back to it's original condition. We expect to get paid back the 200.

MY TRUCK WAS IN AND OUT IN NO TIME AT ALL--I WAS KEPT UPDATED TO THE POINT I COULD ACTULLY SEE MY TRUCK BEING WORKED ON AS IT WENT THRU YOUR SHOP. EXCELLENT ON EVERYTHING AND EVERYBODY INVOLVED--THANK YOU TODD AND EVERONE ELSE WHO WORKS THERE!!!!(A)

Picking up car was very quick and easy. Car was up front ready to go - looked good. We were told two weeks in a row that the car was going to be ready, but then twice they found something else broken and it took more time. Other than that, so far the car is working and looking great.

Last time I took my car to Sunroad they were great about providing e-mail updates! This time it was awful! I'm very careful about how I write my e-mail address on forms to make sure the underscore between words is noticed. After 2 days of not hearing anything I called, my e-mail adress was wrong and the office staff corrected it, but wasn't able to update me on my car. I called again later and was put through to Todd (?) and he still had the wrong e-mail address, fixed it and was sent an old update that didn't match my car's repair status he told me on the ph. He would not be specific about what was being fixed on my car. I called again because no updates, office staff still had wrong e-mail, transferred to Todd who had correct e-mail but hadn't bothered to update me. Sent same update as before. I think I received 3 e-mails in 8 or 9 days my car was there. Is it because I'm a woman Todd was not specific on the ph about what they were replacing and doing to my car? I mentioned to the office a couple of times that I was a prev cx so if my e-mail bounced back to them, why didn't they check to see if they had anything else on file or call me to let me know the e-mail they had wasn't working? This was a bad experience that I didn't need after a car accident.

The job looks great. The only thing that bothered me was that I kept getting emails that said it should be dont tonite by 5pm...it isn't..then get the same thing for several days.
