I am not sure why the towing charge was listed for 820. I really think this is unreasonable even though it is not me paying for the tow. Ford covered my towing under the warranty and I think maybe 200 would have been the max. This feels like gouging.

Paint color doesn't match. One requested area was not repaired. Mostly good though. Service man was nice. He just forgot the one area.

My car was repaired on time. There was a problem with the windshield but Sunroad responded promptly and had it repaired. The only slight issue I had with the whole was that even though I said my mobile number was the preferred number, calls were made to my house.

Office staff unprofessional. First impression was three employees behind a large counter talking among themselves regarding their personal affairs, eating, and customers would have to interrupt to get service. Later while one customer was waiting for help at the desk and another customer waiting to be helped, two of the staff members left returning a few minutes later with cake. The staff members were making a loud statement that customer service was not a priority.
