****. Your emails called me Peter, my name is Diane. 2. Your emails said the car would be ready Friday at 5pm, even after I had picked up the car. 3. I have to take the car back in next week to fix poor repair work; there are visible brush marks in the repair area of the bumper underneath the new paint. Estimate is ****-2 days to fix the bad repair work. Quite an inconvience. Initially left the car for 5 days; M-F, now I have to bring it back for another 2 days to fix the poor repair.
I picked Sunroad because the YELP reviews were 5 star, but so far the only good part of the experience has been the wonderful ladies working the check-in counter. To be continued ...
