A BIT LONGER THAN EXPECTED BUT WE'LL DONE AND VERY CLEAN WHEN I PICKED IT UP.THERE MADE IT LIKE NEW AGAIN.

The car looks great and I'm very happy with the condition it is in now. I had a little trouble getting an accurate update on the timing for my repair completion and was told it would be ready "tomorrow" every day for about a week. They finally explained it was a part they were having trouble getting, which is understandable and not their fault, but I would have appreciated honesty in their time estimates. Aside from that I was very happy with the service.

Why would you text me to say my car is ready and the body shop was closed when I there. My keys were not left with the cashier and I was told I had to wait until after the weekend to get my car. And it was left unlocked.

Still a little white spot that I thought would rub off but didn't that I noticed while I was there and tried to pick it off when I got home but realized it was a chip in the paint in the part that was fixed
