I will never take my car anywhere else! The whole body shop team were as helpful and as fast as possible to get my car fixed. They were also very sweet and patient.

Got there to pick up my truck and there were pit marks in the new paint repair. Was told something happened in the primer coat and once it hit the sun, something happened. No one had ever seen it before. They were forced to rush it, they said. Estimate said 3 days, took 3 days. If it needed more why not say so. I didn’t need it til end of the week. Had to leave it again. Wasted an hour of my day. Told it needed to set for at least 24 hours after being painted. It was painted Friday and we were picking it up Monday. I was called back 2 hours later and told it was fixed, repainted and ready. I was told Repairs are warrantied forever so if I have a problem, bring it back. We’ll see tomorrow.

They not only wash the outside but I haven't been able to take to a car wash in a month due to the damage that was on it, but they thoroughly clean the inside. Above and beyond what we expected. The repairs themselves were perfect everything looks just like it did before the wreck. Thank you to the people in the office who were phenomenal

I have scratches and burn marks where it looked like they buffed it and I have burn marks on my paint. Also there is a new dent in the back door . It wasn’t there before. I don’t know if someone there’ open their door and hit it. If you look at the pictures you took when you did appraisal the dent was not there.

They said my truck would be done by 4:30 yesterday. Along with the body work, I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I also told them that I needed to be in Hickory, NC by 6:00. Both the Body Shop and Quick Lane went out of their way to help me and I picked up the truck around 2:00. Your team is absolutely wonderful. Thank You.

Assuming and not communicating. Telling me things are new when in fact used which is understandable due to age of truck (2006). But don’t act like you are doing me a favor!!!! Wheel stil needs to be replaced which after way to much back and forth finally agreed to order another one. To have called himself the manager is a joke! Second time using the collision center. First time (2008) GREAT! This time not so much. Sad, especially after just buying ANOTHER new car from them.

I was not satisfied with my repair experience. I work really hard for the things that I have, and I was heart broken to see that my vehicle wss not fixed properly. I purchased my vehicle just 3 months ago. Unfortunately, the dent was not properly repaired and is still visible;however, Mark, the body shop manager stated that it was perfect.Sadly, it's not. Once I arrived home, I also noticed that trash is in my paint as well. I am a honest person, and I wish D&D was also. No one wants to admit their mistakes;however, to provide great customer service, pride should be pushed aside. I will continue to be vocal about this situation to ensure that my vehicle is repaired properly.
