We had brought our SUV in a couple months ago for repair and had such great experience with the repair work and Shane. My husband had a small fender bender and said as soon as it happened " Call Shane!". We brought our Equus in and once again had amazing service and delt with Shane. He told us exactly what we needed and cost. He also saw a piece missing under or front wheel well and recommended it to be fixed. It was not where our other damage was, so very impressed with the sharp eye.

I stopped at your shop while on the East side of Wichita (I'm a westsider) by pure chance, to get what was my 3rd estimate for my truck. I was greeted by Elaine Morrow who immediately made me feel that returning my truck to its original condition would be her primary goal. Other shops I had been to were far from what I consider good customer service, and frankly, I felt that they couldn't care less if I returned or not. I knew immediately that All Angles on East Kellogg is where I was bringing my truck for repairs. Yes, I realize you have a shop on the West side, but Elaine sold me that she would take good care of my business. I am 100% satisfied with the work they did with my truck, and moreover, I greatly appreciated the way Elaine was an advocate for me with the insurance company. I will most certainly return if there is ever a need for collision repair. Thanks All Angles for making my truck look new again, and thanks Elaine and Brittany for making me feel special.

I appreciated the continual communication regarding changes to work and cost. The craftsmanship is exceptional and the time taken to clean ithe interior was a nice touch.

Paint is looks really good and your customer service is great. I know you Ask customers questions to help you improve your business so here I go. Whoever buffed out my door did a great job I wish he would have done a better job of cleaning up after himself. Buffing compound inside the car and on the roof. Buildup on the inside of the other door was extensive and there was no attempt to clean. Other than that, great job. Tim

All of the repairs went fine except when they chose to fix minor things to the right ( passenger) bumper, though it was not part of the accident, which I was aware of, and they did it at no cost to me, they felt that it should be done. I was fine with that as long as there was no cost to me since I didn't ask for this to be done. When they painted the right bumper, they blended it to the quarter panel on the right side, when it should have been blended to the rest of the bumper ( which didn't need repairs). Now both corners of the bumper are different shades of gray. The color on the left bumper is the original color which is what I want the bumper on the right to be, but apparently the paining they did on the right (damaged side) is now a little darker than the drivers side.

Wanted to tell you how impressed my husband and I were with Shane Lymer's expertise. He was very clear on our estimate and his professionalism was some we haven't seen in awhile. We had got two other estimates at Auto Craft and Auto Image and chose your company because of our experience with Shane. Also really enjoyed Elaine as well.

Shane was wonderful. Very professional and kept me informed daily. Repairs were done very quickly and well above my expectations. Thank you!
