Great auto body repair! We had significant work completed on a Honda Civic that was in an accident. USAA recommended CARSTAR in Berlin. We received super service: fast review of the work-to-be-completed, daily updates on the repair, and on-time delivery! Thank you! My experience with Carstar Berlin was truly exceptional. I can see where there could be many different parts of the claims and repair process that could turn sour, but my experience was the complete opposite. Every person I spoke with was caring, knowledgeble, and attentive. The process was virtually seamless, and the quality of work performed was outstanding. It was amazing to see updated photos of the repairs as they were being completed, a service that I wasn't expecting but can't stop talking about. Thank you for taking care of me!

After my accident I was looking for a shop to repair my Jeep. A friend of mine in Berlin highly recommended CarStar because of his two experiences with his vehicles. I’m really glad that I took his advice. I’ve never been hit and needed a repair shop before. I didn’t expect the repairs to be done so quick, my Jeep looks better than ever. The whole experience was incredibly stress free. I will highly recommend CarStar to everyone I know the same way that my friend recommended them to me.
