My entire experience with Carstar was pleasant, from drop off to pick up. I got many updates on the progress of my car, an it was ready a day early! The customer service in Berlin, Ct CARSTAR was superior! From beginning to end, scheduling, repair, and pick up, each employee made you feel like a valued customer. The physical building was impeccable, offering a comfortable waiting area with offered amenities. The owner and staff should be highly commended on the running of this business!

Excellent service. Car was completed when promised. I like that they sent photos and updates daily. Nice people with excellent people skills. Price as promised. Car was spotless and the work completed looked like new. Can not tell car was in an auto accident. I hope I don’t ever have to get body work done again, but if I do.... I’m going to Carstar. The left corner of my hood is bent, which makes no sense because the repair work was on the rear bumper. I just need to check the photo the rep took before the work started to see if the bent hood was there prior to the repair work starting. I do not remember the hood being bent, so that's why I would like to check. Otherwise, the repair looks great.
