Overall I had a great experience with CARSTAR Berlin. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and informed on the process of getting my vehicle repaired. I was also present during the walk around my vehicle which also made me feel like I was a part of what was next to come. From there an associate called for my car rental to pick me up and they arrived minutes later. I was also constantly informed via email of my vehicles current status and what was the next step in the repair process. Overall the best experience I’ve had with a repair.

I could not be more pleased - the entire experience was smooth sailing, and I am sure I wasn't the easiest customer (I ran late picking up my car, and 'wow!' do I feel badly for whomever had to clean my car). My expectations were surpassed way beyond my expectations.
